About Anne Walsh
Anne Walsh is a coach/trainer based in Galway, Ireland. She has been working in coaching since the early Noughties. Her background is in IT (which means that she has a big wide practical logical streak!) - she is a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
Her first job after University was teaching in Cameroon and since then she has worked in industry and mostly adult education. She has an MA (Life Long learning) from the OU. She has trained as a coach with Coachville and also with Laura Berman Fortgang (becoming a Now What? licensed facilitator - a programme for people who want to change careers) She has also qualified as a Consciousness Shifting practitioner (a powerful modality based on kinesiology that gets results in a fast clean systematic way. It was developed by Karen Vizer).
She is also a HSP (highly sensitive person) and part of her recent journey has been learning to embrace this part of herself. She is deeply committed to her own spiritual and personal growth. Currently she is working on getting really really good ("black belt" ) at the productivity approach called "Getting Things done" because she likes being organised.
She is also the Irish partner in an award-winning European multicultural programme for teachers/trainers called Stars under the Cobblestones (www.unec.eu.com ) under the business name of Lifelink International (there is a reason and a story for that!)
But is noted for her rather black sense of humour ( people have called it wicked), practicality, honesty, intuition and empathy.
Since she loves personality assessments: she is an Enneagram Two (at her worst she can be like the worst Jewish/Irish mammy you ever met amd at her best well...you'll have to ask my family, friends and clients about that..) and an INFJ.
She enjoys time in Nature, crime fiction, personal development material, technology and is also developing a strong interest in comedy. She is married with one son.
She does her best work with people who are introverted, thoughtful, committed to their own growth, tech-savvy and have a good sense of humour.
