Group Coaching programmes

While consciousness shifting is incredibly effective in individual sessions, it has been my experience that group sessions can be an extraordinarily supportive and powerful environment to effect change. For this reason, I also offer group coaching programmes (usually in collaboration with another consciousness shifting practitioner).

No Name Club (run in collaboration with Perenna Fleming - http://www.upgradeyourlifenow.com)

This is a six month programme (with monthly coaching sessions) and some surprises as well. The feedback has been tremendous.

The Fail Better Club

"Try again. Fail again. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better" Samuel Beckett

Our society is focussed on spectacular success. If you are playing a game, you have to win the All-Ireland (or whatever your equivalent is). If you want money, only being a millionaire is good enough. If you are going to lose weight..only a body like Demi Moore is deemed a success. A successful love relationship means something like Leo and Kate in Titanic (before that whole sinking thing). And let's be really honest here...this excludes most of us. And if we are even more truthful with ourselves...how many of us really really want this? And so many of us try to achieve this. What do you do when you have really really tried to make something work (a game, your weight, a project, a relationship etc) and despite your best efforts..it hasn't come up to your expectations or fulfilled the promise it held at the beginning. You have done all this work and you are still fat and broke. What then? Do you give up or stop trying? What would your life be like if you actually turned around and faced failure? what would it be like if you approached your life/money/relationships/business projects/creative endeavours with the realisation that the dream you have for it..may not be realised but that you may get something that's surprisingly and deliciously different from it Let me give you some examples...

The woman who gives up dieting and obsessing about relationships and instead focuses on being true to herself and living by her own inner guidance finds that she attracts more interesting men than she ever thought. She feels better and happier about her body.

The man who gives up wanting to be a millionaire and instead focuses on being grateful for the money he has and looks at ways to take better care of it..suddenly finds that works begins to flow in and he has stopped worrying about money.

The woman who puts her heart and soul into a project that fails...but finds that this has liberated her to really go for what she wants. And the fear is gone.

This will be starting in February/March 2010 and is for people who are tired of striving and struggling and avoiding failure. What would it be like to go into every situation and cheerfully accept that to paraphrase the famous Apollo 13 phrase..."Failure is probably a very likely option" and to just be at peace with that.

Your own group programme.

If there is a topic that you would like me to develop a group coaching programme around...please email me: anne@annewalshcoach.com and we can discuss it.
