The following is a list of useful resources
Some of my own personal favourite personal development resources include the following:
Take Time for your Life by Cheryl Richardson
( A clear well written account of how to make sure your life centres around your
values). Her website is www.cherylrichardson.com and she has an
excellent weekly free newsletter.
Be Your Own Life Coach by Fiona Harrold
(A no nonsense brisk approach to making the best of every aspect of your life). She offers an interesting selection of e-courses on finance etc at her website www.fionaharrold.com
The Portable Coach by Thomas J. Leonard
(A great book written by the maestro of personal coaching). In this he outlines how
to create your life so that good things come to you easily and without effort..he
calls these the 28 Principles of Attraction). You can read about this book here.
Living your best life by Laura Berman Fortgang. One of my favourite coaching books. It's clear, well written and has lots of exercises. You can check her out at www.laurabermanfortgang.com
The Power of Now by Eckhart
Tolle
(This book is excellent around learning how to live in the present and as a result,
eliminate stress and worry from your life)
Another good website around the whole idea of living in the present is John Kuyper's website at www.presentliving.com.
Finances. If you really want to get a grip on your finances, a great place to start is with a wealth coach called Nicola Cairncross. She offers everything from a great free newsletter Life, Love and the Diary of a Seaside Landlady to a year long money coaching programme called the Money Gym. Check her out at www.nicolacairncross.com
She offers an excellent e-course called Financial Intelligence which begins by challenging your beliefs and then identifies the four parts of the "wealth highway".
